Exercise with Oxygen Therapy (EWOT)

Exercise with Oxygen Therapy involves 15 minutes of gentle exercise while breathing concentrated oxygen.   EWOT is used to enhance healing and tissue function, and to reduce vascular congestion, brain fog, fatigue and muscle pain. It is used to saturate your brain and other tissues with oxygen, to restore blood flow to your cells, to eliminate metabolic waste from the tissues, and to improve immune system response.
